Are we going to keep records, especially for the players that retire so 10 seasons down the road we will know the real homerun king. if we are we need to download the stats before players retire.

There was talk of keeping records, which I would like to do.

swami, can you save all the records, and we can start on our webpage and get it up with all the stats from season 1 up there?
I would like to vote for a write-in candidate as NL manager since we have no nominees, and that would be beastiemiked and Chris, who gave the Mets a run for their money in the NL East, with an obviously weaker lineup.

Jay-P: Do you suggest I just save all of the pages of the leadeboards, or is there a better way to do that?

I don't think there is an easier way to do that other than saving all the pages like that.
We'll probably need the final standings page, league stats, all the league leaders for the site.
If you think we could go all out, we can save all the boxcores of the ALCS/NLCS and World Series for reference.

I'm copying and pasting all the team stats into excel. That way, every player's stats will be there.
We can fancy em up somehow, someway.
It would be cool to have career playoff stats or something like that, but thats alot of manual work. Copying & Pasting is easy! ;)
Any other idears?

I like the idea of career playoff stats since GSB doesn't keep track of that. I don't think it would be too difficult to do that, just a little manual work. Also career playoff records for each team would be neat as well.

Hey J, do I still need to save the pages, or are you handling all of that? Keep me posted.
