Hey, thanks for your interest, GSB is still a pay site and you will have to sign up and pay like everyone else, but email the commish and tell him that you want to take over a vacant team in league E We just started the playoffs, and we will be starting season 8. So if you are still interested just signup and let me know through the rotoguru boards.

Boston, St. Louis, Seattle and Minnesota are available in E. I'm pretty sure the Yankees are available too.

Go to www.grandslambaseball.com
Click "join"
Fill in the info and you should get assigned a demo team I think, then email the commish and tell him you want a team in E.

Is it a possibility to get the Cardinals?
I am a huge Cards fan.

Okay then, hopefully I'll be signed up by Friday.
I hear that this league is real competitive.
I may not be good at first. It has been like a year since i have played.

Yep, this league is very competetive. If you sign up for a demo team today and send off an E-mail to the commish, you should have your team the same day.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask us.

San Francisco is still the best team in the league and one of the best in GSB.
Boston has a pretty decent MLB team and some good prospects.
New York has a mediocre MLB team and very few prospects.
Seattle has a pretty bad MLB team but some good prospects.
Minnesota is OK in the majors but no farm.
St. Louis doesn't have much of anything.

If you want a team to build yourself, take Seattle. If you want to win now, take San Francisco. If you want a chance to win but don't want the pressure of taking San Francisco (if you don't want to be the guy who wrecked the best team in the league), take Boston.

Just to add in my opinion, some of us were hoping San Francisco went un-owned for a few seasons to help reduce their strength. They're incredibly stacked right now...
