I still really don't have much feel for this team, but I think they have massive potential, and I also believe they are the tallest team in league 4 (with a 7'1 bPG). Additionally, Don Kiplinger and Otto Walser have the potential to be two of the best players I've ever coached.

Well considering my whole team relies on one player its hard to guage how well I'll do. I got shafted in recruiting and didn't land a PG or another scorer, so this year I feel that I will probably end up going 10-14.

San Jose Perdadores 16-8
I may have to change my team name! I was real worried about my recruits, but it looks like I got 2 pretty solid guards. I dont have any glaring needs, other than defense, but its offense that wins championships, right? Not starting any seniors, so I may be around for a bit. Clifford Seaman is the leader of this team, headed into his junior year, he's on the recruiting staff now helping to find his replacement.

18-6 for the Gainesville DoggyDoggs.
We have won the 3 games we have played (2 ex., 1 scrimmage) by an average 26.6 PPG, but I think it's a farce.

The Atlanta Titanium Screws, in conf 9, are coming off a 6-18 season, preceeded by a 2-22, so there is only one direction to go, and thats up!
OK, that being said, exhib1 was a 80-79 win and exhib2 was a 85-45 loss. I have no idea what this team can do. I think is has potential, but overall is very small.
Lets go conservative (yet optimistic) and shoot for a 9-15 season (pretty pathetic, eh).

Blown out both teams I have played. Also think its a farce. I'll say 17-7 again. Some leading seniors and rising sophs. My last possible hurrah unless I get some damn players!
I thought defense won championships?

you cant win if you score 0 pts!!!! And the idea is to outscore the opponent. Defense is over-rated, especially when your team has one "Good" defender :)

I've said this before in the other thread but i'm a newbie and all excited so i'll say it again here - the Independence Spyce are horrible: small, dumb, can't shoot, can't defend, can't board, power ranking of 256 last year, 0 wins last year, 4 wins the last three years, a starting shhoting guard who is 5'10" and goes by the name Arlo, nuff said
i'm guaranteeing 2 wins and predicting a 3-21 season
the season is a write-off so i'll sit 2 seniors to see what the kids have

Carson City Skylarks 12-12
Coming off 2 consecutive 8-16 seasons, the Skylarks are depending on a good recruiting class to improve their team. Im still a new coach, so Im bound to cost us a game or 2. Shooting for .500 works for me.
And I know Freshman usually let you down, but I have very high hopes for Janson Knapp. Could be a great player.

I'm hoping to reach double digit wins for the first time, so I'll predict 10-14 for Camden.

Well, nailed my record last season, but didn't make the NTT. At least recruiting went well, as we ranked #8 in one publication and gathered a +13 class.
The freshmen will take a while to break in, but I'm in a weak division and don't play any great OOC teams other than Long Beach, so I'll say we go 17-7 and just miss the NTT.
BTW, Spyce, welcome to conference 18. I'm Paducah, and as bad as Independence was last year, you have a lot of work ahead of you. Best of luck to you this season.

Reno Spartans 14 - 10
This is a conservative guess, but I expect nothing less. Based on talent I think I'm the 2nd or 3rd best team in Conference 27. However my team is very inexperienced, and that could come back to haunt me.
I have four definite starters. 1 Junior, 1 Sophmore, and 2 Freshman. Look out next season, if Reno doesn't make the NTT next year, I'll probably fire myself.

Savannah Rabid Tigers 14-10
I'm going to go out on a limb and be optimistic this year. We improved to 12-12 last year after a disappointing 9-15 my first season. The team is still young, starting 2 juniors, 2 sophs, and freshman PF Javier Fain who has looked sharp in the exibition games. Team defense and has improved dramatically and we will be looking to run more man-to-man and pick up the tempo a bit. We are shooting for 2nd or 3rd in the conference behind a tough Evansville team and a somewhat depleted Athens.

Finished preseason 3-0. But still, Im sticking with my 12-12 record, and Im still sticking with all my Janson Knapp talk.

Providence Saboteurs 19-5
I predicted the same last year and we ended 17-7. This year my OOC schedule looks easier and my conf shouldn't be as tough. I have no clue who is going to start for me as I've tried 3 different starting lineups and each one has produced mixed results.
Judging by 3 games and ratings the recruits in conf 2 are crappy. Chances are we will max no more than 2 guys in conf so recruiting should be fun.
