Here is a list of the ASR tips for this week. You wont hit them all, but chances are high that you will bring home the bacon. If your skeptical, then place just $100 bets on each tip to win, and become believers. Consider that alot of these tips are coming from people with "very good inside information" if you get my drift.

I would also like to place a $100 dollar bet on each pick for our gurupie stable. Worse case scenario, we are down $2000.

Are these "The Fly's" Tips?

Personally, I think I'm going with a simple $50K bet on Skin Jumping this week and calling it good. I hate having to enter and re-enter bets.

Hmmm. I was going to write that program up, but didn't get around to it. Dang.

These area compilation of the Fly's, Gaz's, DrFagers, etc. I have been using this betting method for the last four weeks, using the following formula. Half of my overall cash, deivided by the number of bets. For instance. If I have 100,000 in sim cash. I will bet 50,000 divided by the tips provided. I have yet to lose money. Probably just jinxed myself, but again. alot of these tips are extreme longshots that are that way because of intentional misplacement in previous races.

Dang it. I just realized that one of my prospective claim horses in my first weeks was a "fixed race" horse. This is starting to burn me up. Too bad I didn't end up with the claimer.

Well if you would have went with the same bet on every pick, you would have tripled your investment. I went with my bet halh the cash in my stable strategy, and came out with positive flow for every stable. Hope the rest of you did the same.

I probably will next week. This week, as I said, I was lazy. I just went for $49K on Skin Jumping who paid $22.00, meaning I hit (I think) the 500K limit on all 3 stables that had the cash to do this with it.

If I would have been smarter, I would have gone for the exacta play . . . oh well. Live and learn. My poorest newbie stable only put down $10K. Sigh. At least it finally broke the $100K barrier. I haven't been pushing the bets too hard with it, obviously.

But, I'll probably need these tips next week.

I took the $100 bet on each stable so I guess I made $300? Oh well, that is still the most I've made on betting yet.

StL -- if you went $100 on each stable, then you put down $2K, which means you should have earned $6K, I think.

I must have screwed up the betting because it says I bet $1800 and won $1920 for a whopping profit of $120.

StL -- I don't know if you screwed up or not. I just used Fletch's statement that if you were supposed to be able to triple your money with that combo. . . I didn't add up exactly how much each race would win.

As I said, I stuck with Skin Jumping :)
