Why is that you have taken away one of Anelka's goals? The official stats show him with 3 goals before yesterday, so now 4 in total.

Samuli, I hope this helps:

" Sunday September 8, 12:46 PM

Anelka has to settle for brace

Manchester City striker Nicolas Anelka has been denied his hat-trick against Everton after his first effort was deemed to be an own-goal.
The French striker was initially credited with all three goals in City's 3-1 Maine Road win over Everton a week last Saturday, but his first goal has now been decreed as an own-goal for Everton striker Tomasz Radzinski.

The FA Premier League's three-man Dubious Goals panel has ruled that Anelka cannot be given the first goal after his low free-kick took a couple of deflections - the last off Radzinski - to find its way into the back of the Everton net to set City on their way to victory."

Erik, on 09/14, Phil Babb (Sunderland) got 454 points with 249 tackles won!! (that's almost 3 good tackles per minute).

Something went wrong with those stats, could you please take a look at this. Thanks.

I'm sure those are supposed to be his aggregate stats for the year. Thanks for pointing this out.

Also, why have Henry and Wiltord not had points for their goals against Charlton ?? They both scored yet they have not been given the points ????

It goes from inept to incomprehensible. The players have points for MCvBla on Sunday. Our teams do not.Apparently Spurs played West Ham on Monday-let's do the time warp-same problem. The stats that are being used make no intuitive sense for games I've watched and are in a minority on judgement calls -ie every other fantasy game I play gave Maccarone an assist v Everton on Saturday.A waste of cyberspace.

Soemthing is most definitely wrong here guys ! El Tel and myself played the game 2 years ago and we did it well ! Both finished in the Top 10 WWR ! This year it is bad, the pay for trades is a joke, you just buy your way to the top and the prize is not worth it at the end.

As for the current stats, they are all out, my team totals just do not add up and this is the same for other teams in my division where it seems that Anelka and co's points from Sunday's game have gone missing or messed up and why did they have West Ham vs Spurs playing Monday when they played Sunday like El Tel said ?

Is this going to be sorted ?

We're looking into this now. We've had bad stat feeds from the weekend, and it's taking a while to unwind them.

Erik,
Any chance of updating the matches (and the players scores) originally scheduled for 16th of Nov, that were put back to Nov 17th. This seems to happen every time there's UEFA cup matches, it would be great if you plan ahead for this in future.
Also, is there a link from say my team homepage to mail the staff about problems such as these?

Scoring is a mess for 16/17.Players' scores for 17th(eg Kewell)are down for the 16th,but team totals for the 16th do not take account of this.
One shambles after another.

This game is beyond a total joke. Nevermind about putting up a Serie A -game (although I doubt you ever intended to), as running even one game efficiently seems to be too much of a task. Funny that all these problems seem to occur in PML-soccer, where the teams play once a week and therefore doesn't require constant shuffling with the stats & all. Oh well.
