Subject: Georgi Kinkladze misses first two games Posted by: Edgar - [30512152] Wed, Jul 19, 23:42 Got this from the BBC newsservice: Derby midfielder Georgi Kinkladze will miss the first two games of the season after a succesful hernia operation. He could return in the match versus Everton on August 26 but might be out longer. A FYI for everyone (like me) who was thinking about picking him up. | ||||||

Edgar....thanks for the information! I know you posted this a longtime ago but i just found this thread. Klinkladze was on my team for sure, until i found out about this injury. I found a good alternative until klinkladze is 100%. At $1.96 ...Stuart Ripley from South Hampton looks to be a sleeper. He is priced low, but starts and plays the whole game. He is an outside midfielder and I think would fill in well. Cause as soon as kinkladze is back in action he is back on my roster. But for now ripley looks like an excellent choice.
