The AFL has handed down the toughest penalty ever to Carlton for breaching the salary cap. It seems that it was a continuous breach and involved money being payed to players in 'under the table' dealings.
They have been fined around 1 million dollars and have lost most of their draft picks, which included picks # 1 & 2.
