I am in a very tight race in Yahoo and realize he has appealed---
but is there any UPDATED news out in ATL about when he starts
it or not?

Just this (in today's Atlanta Journal Constitution)

No ruling yet on Soriano appeal

The Braves were still waiting for a ruling from Major League Baseball on the four-game suspension of reliever Rafael Soriano, who had his appeal heard Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Soriano was suspended four games for hitting Florida's Dan Uggla with a pitch Sept. 17. He's permitted to keep pitching until a ruling on the appeal.

Thanks. Same info I have---I am hoping a local sport's radio
releases the info ASAP---and someone local here's it before it
hits the wire.

If he is out tomorrow (or tonight) I need to make a move ASAP in
yahoo! The Wins/Saves in our league will decide who wins our
league.

He asked for "news" out in Atlanta, not people out there...

lol bh, you dumbass!!!

I got Moylan or whatever his name is a couple days ago as Soriano had his hearing and assumed he'd be suspended that night. ATL reported that Moylan would close in his stead. I don't remember a hearing taking this long in recent times anyhow.
