I am in a very tight race in Yahoo and realize he has appealed--- but is there any UPDATED news out in ATL about when he starts it or not? |

Just this (in today's Atlanta Journal Constitution)
No ruling yet on Soriano appeal
The Braves were still waiting for a ruling from Major League Baseball on the four-game suspension of reliever Rafael Soriano, who had his appeal heard Tuesday in Philadelphia.
Soriano was suspended four games for hitting Florida's Dan Uggla with a pitch Sept. 17. He's permitted to keep pitching until a ruling on the appeal.

Thanks. Same info I have---I am hoping a local sport's radio releases the info ASAP---and someone local here's it before it hits the wire.
If he is out tomorrow (or tonight) I need to make a move ASAP in yahoo! The Wins/Saves in our league will decide who wins our league.

He asked for "news" out in Atlanta, not people out there...

lol bh, you dumbass!!!
I got Moylan or whatever his name is a couple days ago as Soriano had his hearing and assumed he'd be suspended that night. ATL reported that Moylan would close in his stead. I don't remember a hearing taking this long in recent times anyhow.
