Hi guys. Ive just finished my first season of playing baseball. Its not in a very good league, but it fun. Im mainly playing LF, but got to pitch in 1 game, and next season(they have winter and summer league) so its all year round, they are looking at putting me in a SP role aswell.
Does anyone have any good websites that help with pitching mechanics, delivery types etc.
Im hoping to throw a 2 seam, curve, slider and cutter. At the moment i can throw the 2 seam, but im not getting much movement/consistency out of the curve and slider and havent even tried the cutter yet.
I can get the 2 seam to come in on right handers if i throw it side arm, but its less consistent than if i throw overarm.
If anyone has any links or tips, it would be greatly appreciated. |
