I don't agree. He ignored a lone kid who approached him. I could see him not wanting to deal with a crowd, but just one signature?
If the heckler was the kid's dad imagine the crushing disappointment he felt for his son.
We don't know if that video captured the whole event, of course. Rios could have just finished signing 10 different items for that kid and had had enough. Or maybe that guy had been on Rios' case since the moment he walked out of the door.
But based on the video alone, Rios looks like the goat to me.

Both guilty. When I watch this video, I see two people (more, really, but I'm counting the You're A Bum dude and Rios) who can't put themselves in someone else's shoes. It's worse for Rios, of course, because he's famous and this smears him a bit. But both people could stand to learn a lesson or two.
