The Perfect Keeper League, which has been running since 2002, is looking for two replacement managers. TPKL is a 10-team keeper league using contracts, an $82 cap, and an annual free agent draft. It's 5x5 roto with OBP replacing AVG. 30 man active rosters, 21 starters, and 10 man prospect pool.
