Boston has the 4th overall pick in the Minors Draft. Unlike the Waiver Draft which happens next, the Minors Draft does not snake. Boston has the 4th pick in each of the 5 available rounds. Any player signed as an International Free Agent between February/March of last year to now is available along with any player from the 2018 MLB Draft and any player from previous years that meets the Minors eligibility requirements and is not already on a team.
Team has the #11 pick in the Waiver Draft. All but 4 teams have their keepers in (due next week). These are just some of the players available and 3 other teams still have to make cuts. There have also been some good prospects dropped.
