Subject: G20 League Constitution

This is an attempt to embed the league constitution into a forum thread. It is stored as a google doc, and should automatically update here each time it is updated on google. If the formatting here looks OK, I can copy it over to the opening post of the general league thread.

Guru - G20 evolution is good! This is such a superior solution to clogging the League Page. Thank you.

Can it be formatted wider by chance?

If you don't mind, yes, let's start the following new thread with this post as the opening post:

"Gurupie 20 - 2019 Preseason Discussion"

If you can put 'Species' as the author, I would appreciate it. I like to be able to search by my handle when searching old threads.

Thanks for the technical support!

Well.....it probably starts with me making the source doc wider. I have done that. Maybe that will help when you re-post.

I increased the width slightly, and it now seems to wrap the same place that the source document does - at least on my computer. If I make it wider, then you'll just get more whitespace in the right margin.

Species, why don't you start the new thread, and then I can splice this into your opening post. That will keep the thread authorship in your name.

Real quick - there is nowhere historical that states the thresholds for voting other than trades. Is it 2/3rds votes to pass referendum or 50%???

I was under the assumption it was 2/3rds for both trades and referendum...but species informed me it’s just majority / 50%. Just looking for clarity for the constitution.

It is my contention that it should be 2/3rds for everything...

4: I do not see it in the constitution. All I know is that was the practice from Ref and I have followed that during my tenure.

PS - and Guru, please also enter the draft grids as separate posts in the new preseason thread when you have the chance.

Many thanks!!!!
