Last I knew Don had his queue. Have emailed the "boss" to be sure it's still valid.

I'm going to be checking MLB.TV this afternoon, if any of you have seen it let me know what you thought.

Rev,

Good gamble at this point. Saw this kid pitch in high school and he was absolutely phenomenal. Too bad about the injuries and the head problems.

It actually sounds like that he is doing "decent" in camp this year and has probably earned a spot on the roster.

Man, everytime I read about one of his outings, i was just cringing. I felt terrible for the guy and keep hoping he makes it back. It looks like he's secured a bullpen spot and has thrown better than "decent" considering who we're talking about.
Still time for him to fulfill his promise.

24/25th round picks. Chances are most of these guys
will end up on the waiver wire anyway as trade-ins for
unexpected hot young arms and bats.

Since the 2-hour limit has expired and Goat gets his last 2 picks, lets look at his team and see if we can agree on what he needs --- then pick 2.

I think one of his picks should be a catcher, since he has only 1. Then maybe an outfielder.
What do you guys think?

Wiggs I took him in another draft, but then I learned that he is struggling with a pelvic injury:

Lieberthal is expected to return to the lineup Monday after a pelvic injury has kept him out of action since February 27, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The plan is to have him catch three innings.

Good pick. I thought about him but just yesterday read something about another tiny injury. Lieberthal has been absolutely jinxed since that one wonderful year he had.

I spent 27 years in the Navy and retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer.
That is the Senior Enlisted Rank.
The Chief's Mess on Navy Ships is called the GoatLocker.
Hence my handle.
I have been retired for 4-1/2 years and work for one of the Defense Contractors as a Branch Manager / Senior Engineer.
I'm on site at the base providing support as the Training Manager for the Tomahawk Program.
The Base is the In-Service Engineering Agent for Tomahawk. Which means that they provide all Technical and Logistics support.
And yes, it is getting crazier each and every day.
New reporting requirements coming down from on high every day.
I'm glad we got done when we did.
I still have one other draft ongoing, but that will be it.
Need to start working on my TSN teams.

Hurray! Now, can I have my life back, please?

Just kidding, this has been a ton of fun, and has
helped me to get my baseball IQ back on track. Still
gotta finish picking my Ultimate team and researching
for this league has helped me figure out how to field
that team, I think.

I doubt that I ended up with a "great" team in this
league, but I do believe I have a very well-balanced
one that should serve me well this season. knock on
wood. Anyway, good luck, guys. And thanks SITS for
making this happen so smoothly and efficiently.
