Russell Westbrook scores 40, and he’s not even the team’s leading scorer. Serge Ibaka has a triple double and yet two other players on his team combine for 91 points scored. For those who still think in terms of the TSN point formula, the OKC threesome of Durant, Westbrook, and Ibaka combined for 200.5 TSNP. Pretty sure that’s never happened before.
By the way, Jeremy Lin was no slouch in his nationally televised game on Sunday afternoon, with 64 TSNP. In the 9 games since he’s been getting regular minutes, his lowest TSNP output is 34, and his TSNP average is almost 44. Impressive, and consistent.
