The "Answer Man"
Short, quick, entertaining read:
Q: What’s up with Terrell Owens? When he signed with the Cowboys didn’t he say he was going to be on his best behavior?
A: This is T.O.’s best behavior.
Q: The Cowboys fined Owens $9,500 for various violations, including missing a team meeting. Did that get his attention?
A: What? Oh, excuse me, my mind drifted away while I was doing crunches here on my driveway.
The fine, right. Yeah, the Cowboys fined Owens $9,500. With bonus and salary, they’re paying Owens $10 million this year. So if the Cowboys continue to fine T.O. the same amount, if he misses 1,053 more meetings, the Cowboys will break even. I’m not sure how many more meetings the Cowboys plan to hold.
