Hard to say without knowing the lineups. If the side with Eli has another QB and better RB options then giving them up to get Holt makes lots of sense.

This one is real hard to judge without knowing the rest of the players on both teams.
First look would be what Trip and KKB said, but I agree with Stl that we need the rest of the info.
