Subject: Should I drop Culpepper For Plummer?

  Posted by: Baller222 - [1381265] Fri, Sep 29, 2006, 19:35

I currently have Hasselback and Culpepper as my QB's. I see Jake Plummer is available on waivers. Since Culpepper has been underacheiving lately, should I pull the plug on him and pick up Plummer?

who does ea face on Sea's bye week? I'd be inclined to let that be my guiding factor there.

On Seattle's bye week in week 5, Culpepper is at New England and Jake Plummer plays Baltimore at home on Monday night.

oh gawd....lol ATM, NE's secondary is busted up. Where they will be next week, is anybodys guess. Balt is gonna make life tough on PLummer I think. Might want to look see if there isnt an "ok" QB with an EZ opponent available for that week. (Any QB facing OAK, HOU, NYG, Phi, or a few others... I'd rate as a pretty decent bet. with a few obvious exceptions.)

Ditto what Sarge said.

Look and see.
Otherwise, in my mind, and we all know how bad that can be, I'd go with Plummer.

this is getting scarey Cliff. All 3 of my fantasy teams are 2-1, you're agreeing with my quasi-"analysis", Kyle changed his mind and agreed with my call of Bush vs Car this weekend...lmao. Did it snow in hell this past week? ;)

just saw that, and your points are well taken. The particular scoring system in place, has huge ramifications for some players. (ie Westbrook is worth his weight in gold, in a PPR league.)
