Not a player I would expect in this type of situation. |

Here's the picture of Marvin on the front webpage of my local paper. Not the most flattering shot.
If you think of the logo on his cap as a thought bubble, it sort of looks like he just heard a tough question about the whole "shooting" thing and all he can think about is running the hell out of the room.

I swear, if you sign a contract to be on an Indy sports team you are handed a gun and told to shoot up a club. Why didn't the Colts trade for Pacman Jones?

What I heard this morning was that no one will identify Marvin as the shooter. But, Penn law states that the gun owner is charged with a misdameanor if it is used in a crime. His gun is custome made and supposedly really easy to prove that it is his. I am not sure if the casings or stryrations or whatever makes it so identifyable. Of all the people in Indy who have been in the headlines for the wrong reasons, I must say that I am shocked by this one.

Marvin had more than one incident of violence throughout his career. He's choked a ball boy, if I remember right, and had some other incident with his hands around someone's neck. People get the idea that because he doesn't run his mouth like TO that he's a saint. Doesn't always follow.
