When I attempted to assign draft positions for my Yahoo! football league's upcoming offline draft, I was surprised to see "Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players" as an option for leagues using live and auto drafts only, rather than all leagues. I contacted Yahoo! customer care for help and received a same-day response.
Here's the (copied-and-pasted) procedure for setting the draft order for leagues using an offline draft:
In your Commish Tools, when you go to the Submit Draft Results feature in the Draft Management section, you can edit the draft order by selecting Edit Draft Order towards the bottom right of the screen beneath the menu which allows you to assign players by team and by round.
Once you have selected Edit Draft Order, the next screen will allow you to assign the draft order for teams.
Just thought I'd share this information in case any other commissioners using the offline draft method are caught off guard.
