Subject: NFL Pick the Loser?

I was wondering if we were going to be doing this again this year. I don't see any posts about it and the season starts in 2 days(!!!).

Rules:
1. Each week pick only ONE team from the schedule of games to lose. One team only. No point spread.
2. If you do not pick a team for the first week of the contest, you can't join midway through, you'll have to wait for next season.
3. Anyone can join, just pick which team you think will lose.
** Beware, you CAN NOT pick that team again for the remainder of the season. **
4. Once you pick a winner, you're considered a loser, please leave ;)
5. Your pick must be submitted before that particular game starts.
6. If you do not submit a pick for a given week, it will be counted as a win, and you will be eliminated.
7. If your game gets cancelled, you will be allowed to change your pick to a game that hasn't started yet.
Otherwise, a cancel is as good as a win, meaning, you're out!
* If still tied at the end of the season we'll carry over to post season.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
Detroit Lions at Atlanta Falcons 1:00 p.m.
Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens 1:00 p.m.
Seattle Seahawks at Buffalo Bills 1:00 p.m.
N.Y. Jets at Miami Dolphins 1:00 p.m.
Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots 1:00 p.m.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints 1:00 p.m.
St. Louis Rams at Philadelphia Eagles 1:00 p.m.
Houston Texans at Pittsburgh Steelers 1:00 p.m.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans 1:00 p.m.
Dallas Cowboys at Cleveland Browns 4:15 p.m.
Carolina Panthers at San Diego Chargers 4:15 p.m.

1 issue I do have is that I'll be away travelling for 3 weeks starting September 20 until Oct 12. Someone will just have to cover during that time period.

J, thanks bud! Recording the managers who are still alive is the most important item. I'll get the fancy helmet table back in time for week 7.

Last year we had 3 managers go to the wire, only to lose the perfect season at the Superbowl. Congratulations to Dave R, Weykool, and Bond, James Bond. They all finished at 20-1.
