Subject: NFL. Pick the WINNER. Week 1. 2008.

Some discussion was thrown out last year to try this format. So let's try it as well as Pick the Loser. My apologies for being late on this. I'm not sure I know what happened to the summer....

Same format.
Cruise until you lose. Same format as the Pick the Loser contest.
Pick your winner. No repeating a team.

Rules:
1. Each week pick only ONE team from the schedule of games to WIN. One team only. No point spread.
2. Anyone can join in week 1, just pick which team you think will win.
3. If you do not pick a team for the first week of the contest, you can't join midway through, you'll have to wait for next season.
4. Once you have picked a team you can not pick the same team again for the remainder of the season.
5. If your pick loses, you're considered a loser, please contact your bookie for alternate arrangements ;)
5. Your pick must be submitted before that particular game starts.
6. If you do not submit a pick for a given week, it will be counted as a loss, and you will be eliminated.
7. If your game gets cancelled, you will be allowed to change your pick to a game that hasn't started yet.
Otherwise, a cancel is as good as a loss, meaning, you're out!

N.Y. Jets at Miami Dolphins 1:00 p.m.
Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots 1:00 p.m.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints 1:00 p.m.
St. Louis Rams at Philadelphia Eagles 1:00 p.m.
Houston Texans at Pittsburgh Steelers 1:00 p.m.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans 1:00 p.m.
Dallas Cowboys at Cleveland Browns 4:15 p.m.
Carolina Panthers at San Diego Chargers 4:15 p.m.
Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers 4:15 p.m.
Chicago Bears at Indianapolis Colts 8:15 p.m.


MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers 7:00 p.m.

Fargas 146 yards and that was with with McCown and Jordan vs Russell and McFadden. Cutler threw 2 INT's and we didn't have Hall and Wilson as part of our secondary.

If I'm wrong, my disappointmwnt will extend much further than losing this competition.
