Big week for many owners out there. Final week of the regular season, or 1st round of the playoffs. I need a little advice on which way to lean towards this week.
12 team, 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, no flex
4 per pass TD and 1 point per 20 yards passing. No negatives for INTs or fumbles.
QB:
Romo @Pit
Garrard @Chi
best FA available IMO, Flacco vs. Was
Note: I've used Romo every week except the weeks that he was injured (Garrard). Can I expect more than 225 yards and 2 TDs max? That's roughly 19.25 points, and I'd call that respectable. But man, this really is by far the toughest matchup for a QB.
RB:
Slaton @GB (starting him for sure)
Portis @Bal
Dunn @Car
Portis vs. Dunn. Cadillac might be getting a larger role in Tampa's offense, but Dunn has been rock solid since Graham's injury....and he's even been a solid performer all year in a RBBC.
Portis seems banged up, and really hasn't been that same explosive player he was before the bye week.
In summary, it's just hard going against the guys I've started every single week regardless of matchup. The scoring format doesn't penalize turnovers, so all I'm looking for is the counting stats.
