Was listening to ESPN radio the other day and they had this topic:
Considering Matt Cassell is a UFA at the end of the year, would you:
A. Keep Tom Brady and let Cassel walk for nothing.
B. Trade Tom Brady, perhaps getting 2 First Round picks and a player, (or perhaps more?) and keep Cassel.
At first I thought it was a no-brainer to keep Brady, but, is Brady, at 32 and in rough shape, really worth more than Cassel, 2 picks, and another player for a team that needs to rebuild its defense fast?
Cassel has really turned it on the last couple of games, and can walk away at the end of the year.
Thoughts?
