Subject: Sartibles and Assimilator for TSN Football

I've loaded player prices into the sartibles and the Assimilator for the two TSN salary cap football games. (Note that rookies have not yet been priced.) All seems to be working, but I did not do extensive testing. I'll let you all figure out what I screwed up.
