Player Must Be Classified As Before Being Deactivated: Ir

In case of an IR violation, prevent owner from submitting lineup? Yes


Injured Reserve
Each team will have one slot available for injured reserve. A player may only be placed on injured reserve when he is so designated by the NFL and the hosting site reflects that IR status.

If a manager adds a player who is already designated as IR at the time of his pickup (either through priority claiming or free agent pickup), that team must keep the player on its active roster until the following week. Players who are already designated as IR when drafted are not subject to this limitation, and may be placed in the IR slot immediately after the draft.

Once an IR player has returned to active status by the NFL, that player must be removed from the IR slot no later than the Wednesday following his activation. If an ineligible player remains in an IR slot after this time, the commissioner may forcibly drop such player after a 24-hour notice (via email) to the manager.

      Tue, Dec 24, 2019, 00:00 		I finished 8th by W-L record, but was not in the playoffs again. Guess I got lucky with pairings is the logic of the ruleset. Not sure how I feel about the guy who took my spot winning it all, but....

Grats Jaydog. You left little doubt. Impressive.

      Thu, Jan 02, 2020, 09:01 		Thanks to all for a competitive season. All year I thought my team was better than my record, and I guess the playoff run proved it a bit. While I always liked my RB tandem of Mixon and Jones, I got cute in the finals by playing Boone and am very grateful it didn't cost me. Also, while my IDP's were consistently strong all season, I hope to never swing a miss so hard on QB's. I had thought that drafting Big Ben and Rivers late, would provide a stable set of options that I could ride all season. Ben's week 1 injury, and Rivers season long slump forced me to start Daniel Jones for a decent chunk of the season, and ride Ryan Fitzpatrick through the playoffs... luckily it worked out.

On to next year!
