Drawing a blank title wise, but the theme to "Top Gun" is always good for the highway. (watch your foot on the accelerator though. lol)
I always enjoyed the older Doobie Brothers stuff on long trips. China Grove et al. BTO and Steppenwolf work well too.

Holiday Road - Theme from National Lampoon's Vacation (Must have.)
Whipping Post - Allman Brothers
Sweet Home Chicago - The Blues Brothers
Freebird - Lynard Skynard (Perfect for a long drive.)
California Love - TuPac Shakur.
Always have one mean sounding rap song on your list. Then when the inevitable Road Rage incident occurs, fire up that baddy, roll the window down, and let the guy hear some scary music while you're giving him the one finger salute. It'll scare most whities to death.
Much tougher looking than Barry Manilow. :)
