Subject: Swap A CD

I have belonged to a website called paperbackswap.com for some time now--you post books you don't want anymore and if another member wants it you agree to mail it to them (media mail) at your expense. In return you get to pick out free books yourself from the thousands of books other members have posted.

They've just started a companion site for music, called SwapaCD. If you have CDs you really don't mind getting rid of, you can post them and trade for others for free (you pay outgoing shipping).

Once you post ten CDs you get to pick a free one, and you also get to pick a free one anytime someone requests (and receives) a CD on your list.

Anyway, I find it to be kind of cool. I have a bunch of old CDs I never listen to, and lots and lots of books, especially paperback fiction.

And membership is free for both.
