Say I have a row of 30 numbers, and have their average sitting in another cell.
What I'd like to do is have excel automatically color any number in that row over that average in blue, and any number under it in yellow. Is that possible? I could just go threw and color code it myself since its only 30 numbers, but the numbers in the cells will be changing daily and if its possible to automate the process that would be cool. |

Format > Conditional Formatting Should be pretty self-explanatory from there.

BTW, you should apply the Conditional Formatting to the cell that contains the average result. Any update to the other cells will affect both the average and the Conditional Formatting. I use this a LOT for my preseason cheat sheets and it works like a charm.
