This is an update of the site accessibility problems that we've been experiencing.

As is quite clear, this is no ordinary problem. We had a disk go down on us, which interrupted some of our overnight processes, but what's worse is that its automatic recovery system has been wreaking havoc on the rest of our sites. We struggled with the problem all day today, but unfortunately we were unable to achieve sufficient stability.

We're working hard to fix the situation. When we're in the clear we'll be working to improve our systems policies. But in the meantime, we appreciate whatever patience you have left for us during these unique circumstances. We feel that we normally have a solid track record in terms of site reliability, but we realize we're taking a big hit now.

So I could log in to my free game teams. I suppose I shouldn't be looking forward to updates before you guys recover other parts of all your games. And I don't think I'll bother to ask about your definition of "unique", if you know what I mean.

Just make sure you tell us (or the pay game people, but I'll see it anyways, unless you email them individually) the minute everything is back to normal.

This is why you should not have givin the old sorry lets move forward from here response over Christmas. I think that turned a lot of people off, and now you have a big problem and we should be understanding??? Again I quote "We feel that we normally have a solid track record in terms of site reliability" Bernie it is what your customers feel about your site reliability that counts not yours.
