Chicago leads Boston 5-4

Yesterday Thornton & Murray combined for a total of 242p. So far today they combine for -74.

Steve Sullivan with the hattie...

At least Knuble has two goals (but a minus 2 to boot), one of them on a penalty shot. Hey, does a penalty shot goal scored count as a power play goal?

Also, Heatley has 2 goals for Atlanta in a 4-4 tie with Minnesota. I know my bro bookie is sure hoping for that hattrick! As I am from Mr. Knuble. One period to go for each game. Odds are not so unlikely in each case.

Looking for a triple ...

Make it 6-4 Wild in the 3rd. Two very high goal scoring games going on.

Murray scores reducing the +/- rating for Thornton & Murray to -3 and Knuble to -1. 7-5 with 7 minutes to go ... Now Daze also with a hattie for Chicago.

The goals are too fast for my posts! Knuble, Thornton and Murray back to -2, -4 & -4, respectively, as Daze's hattie was on their time.

Daze's hat trick goal was scored against the Thornton-Murray-Knuble line, so they are back where they were in terms of +/-.

I don't know about you, but I count -82SWP for Shields
25 saves => 50 SWP
8 GA => -120 SWP
4 PIM => -12 SWP

Was only 7 GA when I counted... I also forgot the PIM's.

I had started Hackett in our Yahoo hockey league in an attempt to catch Taxman in GAA and SAV% for the week. (A long shot I know.) When I logged on and saw the score, I was scared stiff. :) (Thank you Shields!)

8 Goals against. I know Ftorek likes to let his netminders ride out tough outings, but at some point, isn't a bit of mercy in order?
