Do I mis-understand the rules ????
Dec is the winner because of the tie breaker. We should have a new game beginning tonight!
That said, I pick Montreal to lose.

-Tiebreaker - amongst the teams you've picked, sum up their losses on the season. That is how you get your tiebreaker number. The lower the better, it rewards you for picking better teams and staying away from the bad teams. If there is ever a day where everyone picks a winner, the tiebreaker will eliminate every remaining player who doesn't have the lowest number (there may still be 2 or more people with identical tiebreakers, so they'd keep playing another day)
In other words, the tiebreaker only comes in effect when everybody guessed wrong. You can't lose if you guessed correctly.

Help me here. I hate to admit to the level of stupity I frequent on a regular basis, but if I understand the response, if you correctly pick a loser ...even if only two managers surviving to the instant round in question, and both pick a losing team, ....you live and get to pick again irregardless of the number earned by each manager prior to the next pick.

Hmmm, I see the majic word now. picks a winner Funny. In my distorted mind, picking a loser is how you win at this game...thus, in Taxman speak...that would be picking a winner.
I am just too (could be two since I am doubly confused) dense to apply the rather simple logic of this game.
Thanks TLW

Just keep in mind that the name of the game is "Pick the Loser" and you'll be fine.
