Props to Dave R and all the rest for their well-earned enshrinements into the RotoGuru Hall of Fame. This marks Dave R's second entry -- not bad for an old guy! heh heh
Going through the list gave me a bit of the heebie jeebies. My first of three enshrinements was March 1999! It's hard to believe I've been around here for 6+ years! Kinda scary actually....especially if you're Guru and witnessed the rise and fall of internet advertising, the advent of his message boards, assimilator and how all of the various tools evolved over time. Do some of you realize there was a time where there were no projections in the sortables? When there was no assimilator? I don't know how I lived back then! lol
Oh.....and the key to getting into the HOF is to do it before the expansion of the site so your putrid skills can "slip in" before better players become a part of the site! hahahahaha
Anyway, congratulations to all of the recent enshrinees. It's always a time of reflection for me....now if I can just win the 2005 RIBC so I can catch WAB in number of enshrinements. |
