Subject: 11/30 James Loves me NOT! Action Thread

  Posted by: CJ - Leader [499271021] Fri, Nov 30, 2007, 18:56

Looks like James not only will miss tonight's game but possibly Sunday's game as well. Which is the Boston Rematch. Hopefully by December 11th he will be back in his 3D mode!

I just listened to the pregame and they said Lebron would have played if this were a playoff game. So I wouldn't rule out Sunday. Not that it should have any TSN implications by then.

But my Yahoo team hopes he plays.

wonder how high moon's price will go.

with that schedule and his performance of late, he should keep gaining 50-80K a day for a few weeks now.

Daniels with 4 fouls...but playing better at least.

I knew I should have gotten House and posey. They seem to be the ones rolling all over the court for Boston. I think they know it is a long season and KG has realized he does not have to do it all each night. Just when he needs to turn it up. When they are blowing people out not in the end but at half then that seems to slow playing time and production.
BLOWS!

I wish all my players had the same stats every game...I'm sure most coaches do too.

Definitely doesn't seem like one of those 400TSNP nights, though a lot of heavily owned players are playing in the late games.

finally something bad happens to people owning them

----

:01.0 UTA - A. Kirilenko steals the ball from L. Walton
:06.8 - dunks the ball
:29.0 LAL - K. Bryant made a 25-foot three-pointer from the right wing

yahoo doesn't seem to know who Fesenko...does that mean AK doesn't get the assist for the dunk?

you still planning on moving Howard for Kidd? I can't...can't trade him when he's putting up 60s (or high 50s, with a 30, 20 and 10 triple double).

Nor can I justify moving AK for Kidd now...it seems I may have to miss out on him...or sell Kobe.

I have 4.8 million in cash right now, but I'd like to keep some for flexibility to get back into Howard (after selling him) and Lebron. Thinking Mcdyess.

ya detroits schedule picks up great tommorrow i was thinking of either picking up rasheed or mcdyess tommorrow ... r jefferson would be a nice option too that is just within your price limit
do you think rasheed being back playing full minutes will take away from mcdyess recent good production?

I have been tempted to go to RJ, being as it is an almost unfathomable upgrade, but with so many moves planned, it seems foolish to empty the reserves.

Rasheed is a concern, but Mcdyess has been pretty solid all year.

Qwert, please do sell him. Your negative karma is negatively impacting his play.

For the record, JO played again tonight and the Pacers LOST!!! Who would have guessed, even against the worst team in the league, JO makes us lose. SOoner or later Coach O'Brien will figure this out. O'Neal needs to sit through Christmas and get healthy, until then he is killing his trade value and killing the team. I guess he is helping us get into the lottery, which is the only way he benefits us...

That game came just in time for AK, but let's not forget Boozer and Okur won't sit every night. Next time it could be AK's turn to sit. Just to lower expectations and to prevent people from thinking he suddenly is a 50+ TSNP/g player.

66,

Ruba, I don't actually have any problem with him as a real player, I just don't think his minutes are consistent enough for him to be an option.

He has to go at the end of this week anyway. I think you might just be holding on to him because you're a pacers fan at this point.

Soulman, sounds like a non Kiri owner ;)

I don't expect 50's from him every night, but I will admit to being a bit giddy today. He goes from a must sell to a hold IMO.

Wondering what to do with Antonio at this point.

Oh, was that so obvious? ;)))

I'd also say that reason would advise to hold him but sometimes reason has abandoned this game. Best evidence is how Baron/SJax got hammered despite being top value and still having an excellent schedule.

It's no secret that many managers sell on each 2 day gap they see, regardless of any other circumstances. So despite AK's juicy last game, I fully expect him to experience a significant drop today. And of course on 12/5 and 12/9.

true, but expect corresponding buys on 12/3 and 12/7. i can handle the losses, i just needed to be reminded of the potential pay off.

so people are really moving Howard for Kidd today? Is Kidd that much of a must have? Howard actually gained 20K last night.

If it's a Howard to Kidd to Howard plan, it's not awful. But for those planning on getting Howard back from another source I think there are games to be gained by Howard to a Sun in a couple days.

And consider that Howard plays the Lakers and Warriors. I am hoping for some big games against those teams. There are no games gained making the trade today. I'm like Dave R., if you are going back to Howard from someplace else, I think getting a Sun gets you an extra game or two.

76 - just remember that on a day such as yesterday (2 days off), no one will be buying, and some will be selling. This equals losses, which will be heavier on lighter trading days.
