I don't know what happened to his FT shooting. He wasn't nearly this bad in college. After a terrible freshman year (40%), he changed his mechanics and shot about 60% over his sophomore and junior seasons. It was a strange looking shot, but it was certainly more effective than before.
But he's stopped using his more unusual shooting mechanics now, and is shooting only 30% from the line.

i see allot of Boone. It's strange, his mechanics seem fine. Maybe it's become mental at this point as much as anything. Invariably the first shot is either short or long and the reverse for the second shot.
