Didn't I see Yao block a shot? He's not credited with one in the box score. Yao not doing much, but after Duncan I'm just happy I bought a guy who's actually playing. I'm so paranoid right now that I considered holding Duncan yesterday, taking the cap hit and not buying Yao until I was sure he was in the lineup.

Haha, so it's not just me with the extra paranoia lately. I'm staying up an extra two hours past my usual bedtime just in case I decide to buy someone in the late game.

Oh man...anyone just see that Yao-Wade-Chuck Barkley commercial? That last look on Wade's face was priceless.

Charles Barkley's pre-game comments about great players not being bothered by defensive stoppers not looking so clever right now.
Artest with a HUGE lefty dunk.

You're probably right. I was watching on split screen at the time so maybe I saw it wrong but I do think that blocked shots get credited rather erratically.

Where do you live if the late game starts two hours after your bedtime? Or do you have to work crazy hours? You always amuse me---I enjoy knowing that there's someone out there more neurotically obsessive about this game than I am.

Haha, I'm in Philly, I just get up at 5:30 everyday because I want to get the work-day over with as soon as possible. For some reason it seems to go faster the earlier I get in, and we're pretty much allowed to come in anywhere from 6 to 10 so I take advantage of that.
I think I've spent two of the past four hours trying to determine if the PHO-LAL is going to be a high-scoring TSNP goldmine or a disastrous blowout, and the other two cursing myself for not having gone Murphy to Durant a couple days ago.

You'd rather get to work early than watch the late games and/or obsessively box score watch?

Hey guys what do you think about starting Hill in RIHC tonight only player I have to go and he is currently on the bench and I am not sure to place him in for stats as he really has not been that great recently playing limited and sporadic minutes. You will notice in his game log how he has fared versus the Lakers one great game with 4 steals and another not so hot. Game Log

I usually do all my planning in the time in between. Last year I was out in Seattle for the first half of the season and I was losing my mind, getting home a few minutes before or after the freezes.
No TV here - for the playoffs I go down and watch in the gym, but this game has sadly kind of taken away a lot of the enjoyment of watching regular season games. I see everything in terms of -0.5 and -1.0 (I never see my players do well when I watch them. Never.)

#20 I agree I totally watch the games in a different way and who wins the game is really irrelevant these days.

SU, if you watched more I PROMISE you would see your players have good games---kinda hard to be #1 in the power rankings if your players never have good games!
I'm usually driving home when most of the games are starting so I buy well before game time more often than not, but there's really only a 1-2% chance that the player you buy will be a surprise scratch.

No Nash tonight. Will LA win by 30 or 40? THis is shaping up like a bad fantasy night for LA studs and a great night for Barbosa

qwert, if it makes you feel any better Gasol seems to be going off and I chickened out.
It's amazing, I just stayed up with the intention of making three trades, and somehow I ended up making zero. I have a bad feeling about this.
