Premier Turf Club, or PTC, has announced that it has been awarded simulcast rights to the 2007 Breeders Cup World Championships, to be held on October 26th to the 27th. This year, World Championships will be featuring an expanded two-day format with 11 races and over $23 million in purse money.
The Breeders Cup World Championship is a series of races that helps promote the sport of thoroughbred horse racing. It is the grand finale to a year worth of racing where champions in every category will be crowned both in the U.S. and internationally. For the first time in the championships history, this event has been expanded into a two-day affair that will introduce three new $1 million races. Premier Turf Club |
