How bout each of us nominate one claim for the week. Remember, because we are a new stable, are odds are doubled over others, even if they are at the track.
I nominate #20723 in race 1904. He is a two year colt who came in 2nd in his only race. He posted a 78 sp#, which is flat out flying for a 2 year old. |

Fletch -- yeah, Hard Building is a top 2 yo pick.
One complication is how much to spend. You want 5K or under?

Looks like Davarto's site doesn't have claimers up for 1082 so it is hard for me to find anything. I have searched quite a bit, but don't have any better suggestions than Hard Building.

OK we have 5 slots. Here are the claims for this week:
20723 1082.1904 52938 1082.6001 46987 1082.3206 18645 1082.3207
We need one more. Unless we are happy with just shooting for 4.

Here is my sleeper pick at the claiming ranks. High Heels #9938, 3yo homebred filly, in a 3.5K claiming race (1082.1104). Currently is 0/3 although she has gotten faster each outing (top speed so far is only a 52). She has silver deputy blood on the sire line and Irish River blood on the Dam-sire line but has never been ran on turf. Halo, Roberto, and Riverman bring speed while Ela-mana-mou(ire) on the dam-dams-sire line brings endurance. This might well be a good turf horse. What do you think?

StlCards -- very interesting possibilities. High Heels could turn out to be areal runner. It's very hard to tell. With only 3 races, and no turf try, it's really anyone's guess.

All claims and bets have been entered for next week. Here is to hoping lady luck shines our way with a couple claimers.

We snagged High Heels, and I think that's it. He didn't look good today, but we can hope when he goes to turf.

I thought we were supposed to have a good chance at claimers being a new stable. My guess is we didn't have enough activity points. That seems to make a difference.
