Am I correct in the assumption that the England-Denmark match will not be shown live in the US at 7:25am, but on tape delay on Saturday afternoon?

I think that is the case - sucks. I think, though, that the Spanish channel (Univision) here in D.C. will show the game live. I won't understand what they are saying but at least I will see it live.

Univision rules. Nothing like hearing the announcers going through the Chinese, South Korean, and Japanese lineups.

As far as I can tell that game will be live on ESPN at 7:25 AM ET, and also shown again on tape on ABC at 3:30 PM ET.
