well, it seems like TSN based the prices on the total points the players would have accumulated last year, regardless of how many games they had played. So to find the deals, one must find the players who are expected to play more games this year. a first approximation of my team:

S: owen, defoe, crouch
M: beckham, giggs, dyer, hitzsperger
D: Naysmith, Woodgate, Bernard
K: Seaman

it's not easy for me to follow the happenings from here in the states, so any info on the above players would be much appreciated

For those of us North American newbies looking to get hooked on 'the other football' - what would be some useful sites to help set up a team for TSN's Premiership game?

Check the soccer links above. They are the result of Guru's poll when TSN last did the premiership.
Early days yet to identify starting teams.

Let's just say that I'm keeping a close eye on Man City... It looks like Keegan's being pretty serious on being competitive this season, and his money-spending surely reflects this... But, before picking any of them I wanna see who they are going to dumb from last year's (amazing) squad.

Man City should be very interesting, especially with Anelka.

By the way, Anelka really sucks.
