I love this story...

What is interesting is a few years ago a company lost a 10 million dollar suit, because they didn't make an employee stop wearing a perfume, that made others sick. |

Don't think you can cite this as an example of 'courts gone wild' until the plaintiff actually receives a gratuitous payout.

how is this "courts gone wild"?
this is an american citizen doing what is her right to do in this country.
do i think it's frivolous? yea, i do. but this isn't anything about the courts at all, but rather the person filing suit.
