We can bring prospects up to our team and back down to the minors at will? as long as they are not over 125 IP 300 AB?
So you could bring someone up for 2 weeks, for example, send him back down, a month later bring him up again? Etc?

Yes, that's right. No limit to callups on a new prospect.
