Simply because they were dressed as Muslims he refused to fly a commercial flight.
Fireable offense and a lawsuit I would hope although it's not mentioned in the article.

have to agree NC. No diff between that, and refusing to carry a pass. because they are black, or blue eyed, or *insert singular trait here*.

Clearly should be fired if their story is accurate. Not sure what employer would disagree.
