My mom lives 25 mins from the terror attack in San Bernardino and knows one of the victims. The silence out of the White House and the Liar in Chief is profundly disappointing. The buffoon is always johnny on the spot when there is an opportunity to make his talking points on gun control or racial shootings but silent when it comes to his failure to deal with the growing problem of ISIS and terrorism. I think it is a fair question to ask just what side is he on? The failures and devastation of the Obama regime continue to grow.

Nice name calling.

I assume you, and all your children have already signed up to hit the ground in Syria, Iraq, Pakistan and a few dozen other countries "destroy Al Queda and ISIS"?

The funny thing is, that adding up all the deaths from extremist groups since 9/11, both Islamic and not, doesn't even add up to 1 day's worth of carnage on America's roads.

It really is all about the fear. And you are clearly a quaking, shaking, chicken-hawk, can't think straight, scared-out-of-your-wits, victim.

You have already lost. I refuse to, and so does Obama, thank god.

i'll be blunt. anyone who believes that's a fair question is, to be nice, not thinking clearly.

we've had more Americans die in gun violence and mass shootings in the last decade, than we have terrorist attacks on our soil.

the only enemy in our country, is ourselves.

You are giving us far too much credit, Tree.

More people died from a gun in the US just yesterday than have died from all the islamic and non-islamic terrorist acts over the last decade.

It is absolutely a fair question.
Making the mistake of focusing on the wrong problems will lead to many more deaths that could be in the millions. We made the same mistake in the 1930's and 10 million people died including 6 million Jews. More people died in pool accidents and car crashes than gun deaths so whats the point?
The president is more focused on the false threat of global warming because he is clueless on how to clean up the mess he created in the Middle East. His supporters are clueless as they blindly follow him searching the internet for any stupid statistic that can deflect the blame elsewhere.
Its time to pull the heads out of the sand and deal with the problem.

Pools deaths aren't even close. Car crashes and gun deaths are about the same.

It's important because you need comparative context to make rational decisions.

50 folks are killed my Islamic terrorists in the US over 14 years.

So should we commit half a million troops and a trillion dollars to "solve" that problem? Or should we spent the trillion saving half a million lives and 5 million new cripples at home by improving infrastructure and technology?

All I've heard is name-calling in any case. What exactly is it you think Obama should be doing that he isn't doing? Specifically. Very specifically.

Who gives a shyt which kills more? It is all a distraction and false argument to not face the growing problem.

Obviously you think we should keep doing what we are doing now, which is nothing. Great strategy. It is that kind of thinking that will lead to millions of lives lost and millions more crippled.

Pulling the troops out of Iraq was a major blunder.
Taking in Syrian refugees would be an even bigger blunder.
Who in their right mind would want to go back to Syria and fight for their country once they are brought to the US???? Not to mention the number of ISIS sympathizer that would infiltrate the refugees to commit more acts of terrorism. Sheer lunacy.

We should be putting a plan together to set up safe zones for the refugees IN SYRIA so they can organize and fight for their own country rather than have more American soldiers die.
The problem is Obama is clueless and wouldn't know the first thing about how to have a coherent winning strategy.

You appear unaware of nearly everything having to do with Syria or our current campaign there. I don't blame you, as you know about as much as the current GOP front-runners.

I suggest you spend the next few hours actually reading about our current military strategy and the refuge crisis.

Then think about how the single thing you state you think Obama should be doing - creating a safe zone - would be accomplished, and whether you or your children are planning to enlist.

Also look up how many Syrian refuges we have accepted into our country to date.

Pft whatever one note Bili

Hard to take seriously someone who thinks the answer to everything is more infrastructure.

Japan bombs Pearl Harbor.
Bili: "We need better roads and bridges".

The plan is 10's of 1,000's of Syrian refugees with for more to come later.
Maybe you should take your own advice study the facts before you post drunk or high.

I see the right side of this forum is as fact and logic resistant as ever.

The silence out of the White House and the Liar in Chief is profundly disappointing.

He was on TV the afternoon of the shooting. Before the shooters were even caught.

He delivered a public address the following day.

And then he spoke on it again the day after that in his weekly address.

Exactly how do you define "silence"?

We should be putting a plan together to set up safe zones for the refugees IN SYRIA so they can organize and fight for their own country rather than have more American soldiers die.

If you want to protect American combat troops from getting killed in Syria, exactly who is going to keep the "safe zone" safe?

The plan is 10's of 1,000's of Syrian refugees with for more to come later.

No, the plan is to admit 10,000 next year, which is a fraction of any number of "tens" of thousands. I'm not aware of any number of Syrian refugees slated to be admitted in 2017.

Trump says the US has spent $4 trillion toppling people that could have been spent to fix American infrastructure. "We have done a tremendous disservice, not only to the Middle East, we have done a tremendous disservice to humanity."

Trump is a narcissistic, xenophobic, isolationist megalomaniac with a messianic complex.

Oddly, for better or worse, he's often right. Or at least MORE right that the ensemble of clowns that stumble out on the GOP stage.

I really like how he's exposing the Republican "base" for what they really are as well.

i'm glad i only check this board periodically now.

the stupidity and hatred would be downright baffling, if it wasn't so prevalent. forget the term "sheep"; it's not nearly as apropos as "parrot", because the constant refrain of repetition is louder than the inane bleating.

i'm still waiting to hear why it's a fair question to ask what side Obama is on.

Obama's strategy is to allow 'the Caliphate' all the time in the world to establish credibility among persuadable muslims and rally them to WWIII.

Strategy 1B...spread the Caliphate to as many countries as possible.

Obama 'muslim sprang' that into control on the ground in portions of 9 countries.

Be honest. How do you think that plays in the hearts of muslim boys wearing OBL T-shirts in the streets of Pakistan and Indonesia and Egypt and Libya and SA and Nigeria and the Sudan and Yemen and the rest of the third of the world that is Muslim.

This kind of thing is all that is needed for the roughly third of the muslim world who are eager to see muslim world violence dramatically escalate to facilitate muslim escatology.

America could have hobbled ISIS into failure and prophetic insignificance in the hearts of violent muslims everywhere with nothing more than maintaining a military base in Iraq or a single pass with a single A-10 had America had a pro-American in the WH when the problem was managable. Before Obama spread his protective wings of American inaction over them.

When Salon notices everything I've been warning about for years is coming true, who knows? Maybe this board will notice someday.

Of course the explanation can't be that you were too stupid to understand at the time, even when it was explained to you in simple clear language...no no, that won't be the story.

You'll just wave your arms and claim I was hoping for those things, not warning of them.

You'll just claim muslims are exactly like christians.

You'll forget how much energy and passion you put into blowing protective smoke cover for jihadis everywhere. Sometime before WWIII is over you'll drop the 'religion of peace' line of bullsh$t you pushed hard for years.

Oh, and when the sleeper cells you guys pushed into the West are routinely killing us at a rate of a hundred to one victims/perp...on a daily basis...better have some great excuse to cover your butts.

Inviting them over was one of your worst ideas.

Thanks for Hell-On-Earth, all you 'brights'.

this board - with the exception of you - spoke how invading Iraq would be a disaster of epic proportions, and would lead to a power vacuum.

stop sucking your own D. everyone else here brought up this point, not you.
