Which site do you guys use?
I used to play on Golden Palace but then they dumped all of the US customers over to Century, and for some reason the interface bothers me. I thought the Golden Palace one was great.
I've heard good things about Poker Stars and Full Tilt - how are the cash out rules? |

I use both Poker Stars and Full Tilt and used a Visa Card to load money onto both sites. (My Amazon Visa didn't work but my other one did.) For cashing out I use epassporte. It usually takes a couple days and it sucks paying fees but it works.
If you sign up for Full Tilt, make sure you sign up for Rakeback. Once you're in, you can't go back and add it.

Make sure you sign up for a RAKE deal before you create an account...getting a % of rake back makes a huge difference. If you need a referral...let me know.
